I Can’t Thank Them Enough

Six months ago, I was leaving the Dry Bones Apartment in Denver, Colorado, when I was quickly introduced to a ponytailed teenager from Austin.  I didn’t think much of it, until a few weeks later, I met him again, while eating tex-mex with his family and my roommate Daniel.

Directly after leaving, my car broke down, and I spent the next 3 days on the Brimberry’s couch while we fixed it.  A few days later, they invited me to move in.  That was six months ago.  In the time sense then, I have eaten innumerable meals, laughed a lot, and learned a little about pottery.

Staying at the Brimberry’s has allowed me to heal up from a really rough year, establish myself in Austin, prepare for a new ministry, and–oh yeah–not have to be starving and living on the streets.
