Looks like a Crossfit gym.
Those are some forrealz burpees: jumping from the plank to a full squat with your hands in the air. I usually modify down a little so I'm coming up to the jump from hands on the ground. Seems a little easier on the knees. I wonder if that's not as good for my back though? (probably not, and since my knee probelms are related to SI joint problems, something to consider!)
