7. Wake up earlier
When you’re feeling down or overwhelmed, it’s easy to stay up all night drinking or watching lame television. You wake up, are running late, skip breakfast and feel rushed. Waking up early sounds like no fun. But it allows you the time to relax, eat well, spend time praying, meditating, doing spiritual reading or exercising. Then, at the end of the night, you’ll feel tired, and get a good night sleep.
