I agree with this 100%. Let’s “maintain the unity of Spirit” until “we all attain the unity of the faith” [see Ephesians 4]. If we spent more time being the body of Jesus instead of talking about the body, we could change the world. And, I also agree that if our teaching focused on discipleship the rest would work itself out.

This really hit home with me as I preached a long series through the Sermon on the Mount last year….Jesus really meant that stuff about loving our enemies and hungering for righteousness…imagine that.
