Looking forward to it.

I know you read some superhero comics. I’m a little into indy comics, though most of what I read is on the web, I checked out the first Mouse Guard book over the break and it was a light and pretty fun read, with neat wood-cut and watercolor styled art. I’ve also wanted to check out Kazu Kibuishi’s Amulet series sometime, because I’ve enjoyed his work on the Flight anthologies, but haven’t gotten around to it. Both of those are ‘all ages’ works so they should be light reading with safe content for your unwinding time.

Stuff by Doug TenNapel tends to be fun as well.

You mentioned The Heavenly Man which I picked up on audio for the Christmas travels. Man… so convicting. How he prayed and fasted and wept for a Bible, and how I put off reading it taking for granted it’s there when I get around to it. How much Brother Yun and his Chinese brethren suffered for Christ, and how God miraculously empowered and sustained his Church in those times. Amazing.
