So, I said what I did to be clear about what Anabaptism is: it’s a Jesus-centric stream, not just a list of beliefs…
All that said, those of us within the traditionally Anabaptist denominations need to recognize that we cannot simply be satisfied within our enclaves and denominations but that we have something important to contribute to the shifting culture around us.
Humbly, I offer you to check out my own blog (http://abnormalanabaptist.wordpress.com/) as well as a network of bloggers I’m involved in at http://mennonerds.com
Looking forward to lots of conversation.

All traditions have their baggage, and I’m not looking to trade one denomination for another. If you have a chance to read the articles, you’ll see that I’m not just attracted to the theology, but the way in which it is positioned for this next season of being the Church in this increasingly post-Christendom world. There are a lot of us asking questions, and we’re finding the anabaptist tradition has wrestled with them for years.
